Payments
For all our tours, payments are taken in two installments. The payment schedule varies depending on the tour location.

All our prices are inclusive of GST. Upon booking, a ₹5000 amount is collected to reserve your spot. Within 3 days of paying this booking amount, the balance of the first payment must be completed through a bank transfer.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we are unable to operate the tour, the deposit/tour costs will be refunded to you in whole 100%, or transferred to another tour at your discretion.
If you must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to the terms outlined in the chart below. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Percentage charges are calculated on total trip cost.
